You can transfer your reservations (or voyage fares) which are not paid in full within 30 days of the initial booking date.
This transfer is very easy: I call Universal, add you to the call, and then we transfer the booking to me!
It will be a cancel and rebook with a new reservation number but they will transfer the money you have paid to the new reservation!
You simply send an email authorizing my Travel Agency to service the booking to bookingchange@uvltd.com.
This email must include the following information for both the new booking and the previous booking* (when applicable). Please CC me on this email so I know to look for the transfer confirmation!!

c) Dates of Travel
d) Resort Name

Request to transfer the booking must be sent by guest to Booking Change within 14 days of book date & the booking must have a minimum of $500 balance. The booking must have been originally booked either via the website or the Sandals/Beaches call center.
Bookings may only be transferred to a Travel Advisor up until 30 days from creation if the request is made outside of Final Payment and the booking is not paid in full.
If a booking has an Air2Sea ticket and/or the transfer request involves a change in currency we cannot accommodate, Royal Caribbean will not allow the transfer.
A Travel Agency may take over a direct booking made through any direct channel (website or call center) no later than 90 days after the booking is made or prior to the penalty period (whichever occurs first).
If the booking is made within penalty period, you have 24 hours from the time the booking is made to transfer over the reservation.

e) PIN Number (if you did not receive a PIN, Carnival will reach out to you directly to confirm the transfer.)
